Matthew 13:24-30
In this scripture, Jesus teaches a lesson about giving up too soon. It is His way of asserting that you don’t have to die to get to heaven. He explains to them what heaven is like so they can practice now and know how heaven will be when they get there.
The kingdom of heaven is like a man who plants wheat in the field and, at night, the enemy comes and scatters seeds of weeds. When harvest came, the man realized someone put weeds in his wheat.
Pray to God to be able to deal with the things you didn’t plant. Let the weeds grow along with the good things you’re planting because the harvest is coming. Don’t be worried about adversity because you’re planting for the harvest.
